I'm a Software Engineering student at Vilnius Tech with a focus on backend. I've spent two years in technical support at Shift4 Payments—troubleshooting POS systems, working with venues and clients, and learning how systems break and how to fix them. That experience sharpened how I communicate and solve problems under pressure.
